At Birch Robot, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all eligible furniture and decor items. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are committed to making the return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Birch Robot boxing to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
